RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. GENERAL POLICY
1.1 Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns are strictly limited.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
2.1 Only in the following cases:
i. Damaged product at delivery
ii. Incorrect item delivered
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
3.1 Customized jewellery
3.2 Worn or used items
3.3 Minor variations in colour, weight, or design
4. RETURN PROCESS
4.1 Notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery
4.2 Provide unboxing video/photo proof
4.3 Product must be unused
5. REFUND TERMS
5.1 Refund processed after inspection.
5.2 Timeline: 30 working days
5.3 Mode: Original payment method
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
6.2 Company may cancel orders due to:
i. Fraud suspicion
ii. Pricing errors
