1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.minous.in (“Platform”), owned and operated by Miar Jewels Private Limited (CIN: U32111GJ2025PTC165389) Situated at 2nd Floor Shop No. 201, B M Square - 1, Rajlaxmi Park, Junagadh - 362001, Gujarat, India, (“Company”).

1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTION

3.1 The Platform offers silver jewellery and 9 carat gold jewellery.

3.2 Important Jewellery Disclaimer:
   i. Product images are for representation purposes only
   ii. Slight variation in colour, weight, finish, and design may occur
   iii. Weight may vary within a reasonable tolerance
   iv. Handmade/processed jewellery may not be identical to images

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1 All prices are in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

4.3 Orders may be cancelled in case of incorrect pricing.

4.4 Orders shall be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

5.1 Order confirmation via email/SMS does not constitute final acceptance.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery timelines are indicative

6.2 Risk transfers upon delivery to the customer

6.3 Company is not liable for delays due to logistics or unforeseen events

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS (CORE PROTECTION)

7.1 Returns are allowed only for:
i. Damaged product
ii. Wrong product delivered

7.2 No return/exchange for:
   i. Used products
   ii. Customized jewellery
   iii. Minor variations

7.3 Mandatory conditions for returns/refunds:
i. original packaging must be intact
ii. Certification (if any) must be returned

7.4 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after approval.

7.5 Making charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All content on the Platform, including:
   i. Designs
   ii. Images
   iii. Logos
   iv. Product catalogues
is the exclusive property of the Company.

8.2 Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 The Company shall not be liable for:
   i. Indirect or consequential damages
   ii. Loss of profits or business
   iii. Variation in product appearance

9.2 Maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the order value.

10. USER OBLIGATIONS

10.1 Users shall not:
   i. Misuse the Platform
   ii. Engage in fraudulent transactions
   iii. Copy or reproduce content

11. TERMINATION

11.1 The Company reserves the right to:
i. Suspend or terminate access to the Platform
ii. Cancel suspicious orders

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by Indian law.

12.2 Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:
   i. Sole Arbitrator
   ii. Seat & Venue: ____________________
   iii. Language: English

12.3 Courts at Rajkot shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
